Course fees are based on a pro-rata charge (ie: per credit point) and the semester fee(s) quoted above is based on the standard 48 credit point semester load. Tuition fees are reviewed annually and if this offer is not for the current year, you will be required to pay the set fee applicable for the year in which you commence your program. We strongly recommend that you allow 2 weeks prior to your course commencement to make accommodation arrangements and settle into life in Brisbane. A compulsory Orientation is held prior to commencement of your course, at which time you will learn about the University and the services available, prepare yourself for tertiary study and meet with your Faculty to determine your enrolment program. In order to accept this offer you need to:
1. Sign and return the Acceptance of Offer form (enclosed). 2. Meet any conditions of your offer outlined above. Please ensure that you forward notarised/certified copies of your documents. 3. Submit payment of fees as stated below (refer to 'Your Next Step' for payment processing details). 4. If you have paid an application fee for your Principal Course, you may deduct this amount from the total amount payable. To accept your offer, the total amount payable is: AUD$6084.00 (GST Included)

The Airport Reception and Homestay administration fees are only payable should you choose to use these services. These fees should be deducted from the total amount payable if you do not plan to use the services. OVERSEAS STUDENT HEALTH COVER
To obtain your student visa it is compulsory to have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) which must be maintained for the duration of your visa. Worldcare Assist OSHC (single rate) for the duration of your course(s) at QUT has been included in the total fees payable to accept your offer. Purchasing course length OSHC as part of your acceptance at QUT will ensure you are covered during your entire study program at QUT, and that you receive a discounted rate with protection from future rate rises. If you will be in Australia longer than the course duration specified above, you must renew your OSHC until your departure from Australia. If your family is accompanying you to Australia, you must have family cover, and should add the additional amount to your total fees payable. The rates for family cover are available on line: http://www.worldcare.com.au If you do not require OSHC as you do not hold a student visa, or are OSHC exempt due to Australian Government agreements with Norway and Sweden, please deduct the OSHC from your total fees payable. If you require family cover please advise QUT before commencement if the university is arranging your policy or if you are sponsored for OSHC.
